4. Shipping & Tracking:
   After your approval, we'll send your order out for shipment. The package will first need to clear customs which can take a few days. Once your package has cleared customs we will notify you and provide your tracking number. Shipping typically takes 10-14 days, but may take longer depending on location.
   
   
5. Delivery and Inspection:
   When your doll arrives, please take a video of the package’s condition before opening the box. This is important for documenting any damage caused during transit.

1. Cleaning After Use:
   Always clean your doll after use to avoid bacterial buildup and maintain the material. Wash with a soft cloth or your hands using warm water and a mild soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
   
   
2. Drying and Storage:
   Pat dry with a soft towel, then air dry in a clean area. Moisture can lead to mold & mildew. Consider a drying stick for the holes. Once dry, light dust with cornstarch or baby powder to keep the silicone smooth and prevent stickiness. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or humidity. Store the doll either hanging on a hook, or laying on its back with extra padding under the soft gel butt.
   
   
3. Water Based Lubrication:
   Always use water-based lubricants. Silicone based lubricants will degrade the material.
   
   
4. Handling & Positioning:
   Handle with care. Silicone is durable, but not indestructible. Avoid sharp objects, heavy pressure, or twisting motions that may cause tearing or damage. Do not leave the torso in a compressed position for long periods - this can create permanent creases or indentations.

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• You received a different doll than the one you ordered.
• The doll arrived damaged.

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Immediately take clear photos and videos of the box/package upon delivery before opening it.
2. Document the issue with detailed photos and videos. Whether it’s damage to the doll or receiving the wrong item, we need evidence so that we can assist you.
3. Do not use the doll. Using the product will void your eligibility for a refund or exchange.

For Incorrect Orders

We will arrange to send you the correct doll. The incorrect item must remain unused and will need to be shipped to a designated return location.

For Damaged Dolls

We will arrange a refund, provided you supply the required visual evidence of the damage and packaging. This is essential for filing a claim with the courier service. The sooner you contact us with this documentation, the better.

We genuinely want to make things right if your order doesn't meet expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we must be clear that refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed. This protects us from fraudulent claims.
