Let's Make Things Right

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • You received a different doll than the one you ordered.
  • The doll arrived damaged

To request a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Immediately take clear photos and videos of the box/package upon delivery before opening it.
  2. Document the issue—whether it’s damage to the doll or receiving the wrong item—with detailed photos and videos.
  3. Do not use the doll. Using the product will void your eligibility for a refund or exchange.
For Incorrect Orders

We will arrange to send you the correct doll. The incorrect item must remain unused and will need to be shipped to a designated return location.

For Damaged Dolls

We will arrange a refund, provided you supply the required visual evidence of the damage and packaging. This is essential for filing a claim with the courier service. The sooner you contact us with this documentation, the better.

We genuinely want to make things right if your order doesn't meet expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, we must be clear that refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed. This protects us from fraudulent claims.
