   Once everything is confirmed, your order is sent to the factory for production.
   
   
3. Quality Check
   When your doll is ready, we’ll send you photos and videos to verify that everything is accurate and as requested.
   
   
4. Shipping Preparation
   After your approval, we’ll notify you when your doll is sent to customs for shipping preparation.
   Customs processing can take anywhere from a few days to a week.
   
   
5. Tracking Information
   Once your doll ships, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
   
   
6. Shipping Timeframes
   All orders on Erosity include free shipping by air. Shipping typically takes 10-14 days, but can take longer depending on location.
   
   
7. Delivery and Inspection
   When your doll arrives, please take a video of the package’s condition before opening the box. This is important for documenting any damage caused during transit.
