From confirmation to production to shipment, we stay involved throughout the process to make sure everything moves as it should. Our role is not passive. We coordinate details, verify specifications, and remain engaged until the order is completed and delivered.

We work closely with a single manufacturing partner who produces each piece to order. This model allows us to focus on oversight rather than volume. Before production begins, all details are confirmed so expectations are clear on both sides.

During production, we monitor progress and maintain communication. If an issue arises, we handle it directly. You are not left negotiating with a factory on your own. Our responsibility is to manage the process and advocate when necessary.

Quality & Materials

Our dolls are produced using platinum-cured silicone, a non-porous material known for durability, long-term stability, and its ability to hold fine surface detail. Unlike TPE, silicone does not absorb moisture easily and is significantly less prone to harboring mold, bacteria, or odor over time. For products intended for intimacy, that difference matters.

Surface detail such as veining, tonal variation, and texture are part of the finishing process. These are made-to-order pieces, not mass retail inventory, and while consistency is prioritized, minor variation is a natural part of custom production.

Privacy Comes Standard

Every order is shipped in plain packaging without identifying branding. Discretion is treated as a baseline expectation, not an upgrade.
